Hi! I’m a Toronto-based writer and filmmaker

(and I would love to write on your TV show)

I’m into dark comedies and overthinking. My short films have screened at festivals like Dances With Films: NY, Fantasia Film Festival, Toronto After Dark, Final Girls Berlin, and Saskatoon Fantastic Film Festival. My horror-comedy short, Maybe You Should Be Careful, is available to stream on CBC Gem and was a finalist in CBC’s Short Film Face-Off (Season 15). My latest project, How It Ends, was a quarterfinalist in LA’s ScreenCraft Short Film Competition and is currently being developed into a feature.

I studied acting at George Brown Theatre School, screenwriting at Script Anatomy, and multimedia journalism at the University of Toronto. My television pilot, Maidens, was workshopped with Fem Script Lab in 2021 and recognized as a quarterfinalist in the 2023 WeScreenplay TV Pilot Competition. If you’d like to read it (or any of my other samples) send me a message!

Beyond the screen, my writing has appeared in publications like Chatelaine, Flare, and Intermission Magazine. My essay, “Confessions From Theatre School,” remains one of Intermission’s most-read pieces.

When I’m not writing, you can find me behind the camera with Silvr Studio!
